"This property was awesome! Stayed with some co-workers for a fishing charter trip. House was clean and fit 5 people comfortably. Met the people at the rental house next door and made new friends. Property has a bunch of firepits with awesome view of the sunset over Boldt Castle. The owners were great to communicate with and very accommodating. We are hoping to have the entire office stay at the Ledges for next year's fishing trip."

"Trout Lake has been an annual summer trip for us for the last 7 years and this house is our favorite rental by far. The cottage is cozy, but well appointed. We love the extensive waterfront in this beautiful cove and spend most of our time on the pontoon, in kayaks, hanging out on the dock or in the game room, and playing in the beautifully clear water. "So happy we chose this rental. We brought our own boat from VA. The marina is literally next door, opposite canal side from row of boathouse. The elevator/lift made bringing in luggage a breeze- carts available too. Close walk to town and on quiet street. "Everything from finding the place, to check in, to proximity to activities was great! We didn’t need anything from the hosts during our stay but they were very responsive before hand! The place was great for hanging out during the time we spent inside. Beds were not the most comfortable, and you have to take every piece of garbage with you when you leave which was hard since we were coming from out of town, but we made it work! We had a wonderful time and would return. "

Island is quiet, with the house location being private, barely noticed the neighbors. Hosts were very kind, didn’t have any issues but still checked in. Plenty of room, the downstairs worked out well for the kids to take over. Overall, a wonderful house and relaxing vacation. "
