"We stayed at Oaks Hervey Bay for one night booking a one bedroom pool view apartment. This was a staycation. We were upgraded to an ocean view two bedroom. The apartment was very spacious with a massive ensuite including a spa bath. The young lady on reception was extremely efficient and friendly. They have a wellness spa onsite which I visited for a relaxing treatment. "

"There is a Tesla charger in the basement, but you need to request them to switch it on. The property is more like a serviced apartment, where you have to remove your garbage and put everything in the dishwasher before leaving. Otherwise neat and clean and great location! "

"Great to have food and drinks available on the doorstep. Great service in the food area and good staff. Pool and area could do with a big upgrade, steps in pool not ladders as old and shaky. gardens, etc need renewing. "

"I stayed overnight. Very friendly man at reception. Met all my criteria - good door lock, good air con, good hot water, comfy bed, very clean and car park outside the unit. They also provide crockery (more than just a mug) and cutlery, salt and pepper, washing up equipment and breakfast (the muesli and orange juice was nice) which is more than many places. The only thing that was not 5-star was the view but that is not too important and the beach is only about 5 blocks away. Would recommend."

"Friendly host, Jayesh, met us upon checkin. Offered our children, to meet his 2 week old puppies! Free use of kayaks, and easy access to the beach across the road. Location within walking distance to cafe’s, pier and beach. Bicycle and walking pathway along the Esplanade."
