The staff if you find them are amazing. but it was so hard to find anybody to chick me in as I arrived at 7 Pm .. the phone number of the security on the door is very wrong or the guy answer doesn't know anything, he tried to send me 20min away from the place to talk to someone, which is radicals. the water in the shower was not easy to fix the temperature. In front of my room was 2 big pins for garbage having a lot of little cockroach. Generally speaking I hate my stay there.

They didn’t have face towels and when asked it was because “they are a 3 star hotel and they didn’t have them” which is disappointing as they are a the was extremely intermittent majority of the time you could you barely get 1 bar also cell reception went in and out, reception area had a weird smelling funk and receptionist seemed very out of it

Rooms are serviced daily but they only empty the bins and replace towels if you leave them on the floor. They do not touch the beds and this is the only hotel I have stayed in that does this. Rooms are tired and need a makeover. Place is very noisy in the morning with staff and contractors doing things

Disappointing that there was no internet in our room. Reception said it was a Telstra upgrade, but this should be specified on the website prior to booking - otherwise it's false advertising. Also, you need to be aware that some rooms have no parking in front of the room and you have to park elsewhere on the site.
