"Did not receive the key code. Tried to call (says 24 hours in advance!?) but no reply. Funny that, could still book the rooms in the same area with them at 8pm on the same night! How does that work? Had to drive home 2 hours in the rain, tired, and cancel my plans with my son for the next day. Won't be using Expedia again. My son aslo said the room had 1 star, stock photos and mould! "

"We turned up New Year’s Eve after travelling to London, and was refused entry as the room had apparently been smashed up! This is unacceptable and every time we try to get in contact with your team we just get stone walled, I’m going to take this to the newspapers if nothing is done about it truly. "

"I was unable to enter this property even though I followed instructions stated that they will contact me with check in details on the day. I waited outside for over an hour. Leaving numerous messages with no luck. I contacted virtual assistant on hotels.com who also was unable to get any response from the hosts. "Absolutely terrible booking. There was no communication from the owner about check in details. Had to ring someone in Pakistan just to let them know that I had booked who then passed me on to some third party management company who then also had no idea of our booking.
