"My Expedia booking, made 10 mths ago, was not in their computer system. I had to book a room at higher rate on the spot. I was asked many "silly" questions about my booking by two staff members for 10' until the front office manager appeared to tell me it was their new system that "forgot" about my Expedia booking which he entered manually. "Reasonably sized and comfortable room with several downsides. First was the smell of smoke whereby I requested a non-smoking room. The in room dining menu stated it was available up to 10pm but when I called at 9.45pm, I was told it was no longer available. Lastly, my colleague who book into the same room category received fruit basket and dumpling whereas I did not have any welcome items. Rather disappointed with a hotel branding that is under Westin."
