I was asked many "silly" questions about my booking by two staff members for 10' until the front office manager appeared to tell me it was their new system that "forgot" about my Expedia booking which he entered manually. The in room dining menu stated it was available up to 10pm but when I called at 9.45pm, I was told it was no longer available. Lastly, my colleague who book into the same room category received fruit basket and dumpling whereas I did not have any welcome items. Rather disappointed with a hotel branding that is under Westin."
