"The hotel is in a GREAT place. It’s a ten minute walk to the train station and metro, it’s right along the river with beautiful views. If you walk over the bridge you are right next to a huge mall and shopping area. I think the customer service is lacking. The cleaning staff is lazy. "good value, clean hotel, simple but quite spacious room, free wired internet. enjoyed staying here. staff helpful and tried to help in English. be prepared to get your phrasebook out if you dont speak chinese. breakfast looks good value too, though didnt try it. breakfast is probably more appealing to Chinese than western travelers. only complaint was noise in night from other guests - running - along the corridor"

"This is the WORST experience we had booking with hotel.com. The rating is totally rigged! The rooms are big with a king and a queen bed in two rooms. The kitchen is nonfunctional and smells. It’s dirtier than a motel in the US. Very dated fixtures, dirty carpet, dirty and stinky bathroom and kitchen. Very poor fluorescent lightings, small towels and not well cleaned.
