"Everything about the hotel/pub was great. But I couldn’t get food - restaurant closed early, and I wasn’t told this when I checked in. Also I’m elderly and no help was offered to find and get to my room. "

Caroline greeted us at the desk and couldn’t have been more helpful making sure we were able to sort out our parking. She was so friendly and welcoming. This is a lovely, clean and smart hotel. "Excellent hotel with excellent facilities. Perfect for couples or families. We stayed as a family and absolutely loved it! Recently refurbished, with designer interiors and a good atmosphere. Great pool and spa area. Only downside was restaurant staff seemed a little uninterested/ unhelpful. Reception staff were great, grounds were immaculate and spacious and food was really good. Breakfast was especially good. Would return!"
