"The good- the condo is new in a lovely hotel and in a lovely area. Pretty surroundings, fun restaurants nearby. Was a great set up for spending time with friends. The problems-The host was totally non responsive after we paid. We were unable to obtain checkin instructions despite several attempts to secure them. The place was not clean when we arrived. The bed was slept in( the towels and soap were used; the toilets were dirty; there were dirty dishes and the coffee pot was not cleaned....

"As noted above, the location and property description were great. There was an issue with the wifi though, which caused too much communication with the owner and manager. We initially were not provided the router name and there were 20 networks available. Second, the password did not work (from any of our 4 devices). "We were in Canandaigua visiting family. This was a perfect getaway."

"The Hilton is awesome. The condo was or is immaculate and and has everything except a hair dryer and iron. We brought so no big deal. The balcony was awesome but could have used some seating. There was this enormous deck with nothing to sit on to enjoy outdoors. Most importantly, the beds are horrible. There is no back support as a piece of wood was under a shabby, cheap mattress. Would not go back as we left a day early due to the poor sleeping conditions. Invest in a decent set of mattresses...

"I had never been in this neighborhood before. It’s an extremely cute area. The garage parking access was a huge perk. The condo gives a modern feel, with a style of NYC condos. It was easy to get to and check in. The bed was very comfortable and having two bathrooms was perfect. The kitchen is a little small, but we didn’t cook anything, so it wasn’t a big deal for us. It would be a very interesting place to live as a single person or a couple with no kids. "
