"This home leaves you speechless with its beautiful view of the lake. It is kid friendly and has lots of room for guest. The house is nicely furnished and newly renovated but still makes you feel at home! There were even snacks as a welcoming gift. I will definitely be coming back!"

"We just returned from an amazing post-Christmas getaway with another family. The house was just as described - so inviting, tastefully decorated, and well appointed. The beds were so comfortable, too! You can’t beat the view or location, as it’s directly on the lake and less than 5 minutes to about 10 wineries and breweries. Will absolutely be back!"

"The house was exactly as described. Perfect location close to loads of hiking trails, breweries and wineries. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the tools one needs and in good condition. The property is large and in a quiet area. The only thing we didn't like was the ice and well that is only to be blamed on mother nature. :) "

"I visit the FLX about once or twice a year, but not usually with a group that would warrant renting a big house. So I was very happy to finally get the chance for a friends/family weekend to celebrate my 40th birthday, and this house was an awesome choice. The house is in my preferred location along Seneca, near all my favorite spots, and being just up the hill from Two Goats was great for live music in the evenings. "We had a great time - it felt like we were in a tree house overlooking the lake! It rained the whole weekend, but we still enjoyed every minute of our stay. Candace was very accommodating, providing a high chair and pack and play for our little ones. The house is family friendly, well stocked with essentials and the lake views were magnificent! We enjoyed sunset fires at the firepit and skipping stones on the lake. We will definitely return on our next trip to the Finger Lakes !"

"My husband and I went to Seneca Lake for a long weekend and this house was perfect! It was so clean I’d swear we were the first people to ever stay here! It was a perfect location as well, close to wineries and breweries. The view from the back deck is stunning and the hot tub was nice and clean. We can’t wait to stay again!"
