"We booked a one-night stay at Norton Grange Hotel while attending a friend’s birthday party nearby and opted for a privilege room at a very reasonable rate. From the moment we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the experience. Our stay included access to the leisure facilities and spa, which was a wonderful bonus. The room itself was well-equipped with everything we needed – a fully stocked fridge with soft drinks, a Nespresso machine, and even toiletries like toothbrushes and shavers, in case we had forgotten anything. Breakfast was perfect, with a buffet offering a wide variety of options. We requested poached eggs, which the staff happily prepared fresh for us. The checkout time of 12 PM gave us a little extra time to enjoy the spa before leaving – the perfect way to end our stay. I only wish we had more time to make the most of it, but unfortunately, we had to rush back for my son’s football match. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return. Highly recommend Norton Grange Hotel for a relaxing and comfortable getaway! "

"Arrived at tea time, check in straight forward member of staff very helpful, went to room very disappointed as it was a cold evening and room was very cold. Went for food was informed no need to book, wrong, eatery was packed only 1 wonky table available but was able to swap to another soon after ordering. Menu not great ok if you love burgers/pizza.. settled down for sleep around 10pm but must have been above or very close yo function room as DJ & music was extremely loud. Managed to fall asleep as we were exhausted. Woke late but breakfast still being served, enjoyed cooked breakfast whilst hubby had cereal and croissants. Didn’t feel rushed which was a bonus. Checked out at 11 and left. Overall stay was good unsure if we would stay again thought some of the party nights looked good."
