"I think the property needs some up keep. Example in my bathroom there’s paint literally peeling from the ceiling. There’s some paint also peeling from some panels in the bedroom area. Otherwise the front desk has been wonderful and accommodating."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room very clean and comfortable! We loved having dining options within walking distance. We had an early flight so we missed breakfast. They called the shuttle for us, so our very first experience overnight in Chicago was stressfree!! "
