The Best Value in Downtown Chicago
The staff was both kind and professional. The hotel is in a great, walkable location, surrounded by a plethora of diverse and delicious restaurants. It is close to the Red Line for quick, easy access to the rest of Chicago; the Loop is only one stop away. Combined with the price, I haven't found a better value in downtown Chicago.

For the money it was worth. Simple and it has a bed shower and toilet. And it's at the heart of Chinatown that's all we were asking for parking if you park on the street it's free otherwise it public parking

If you’re looking for a cheap place to sleep this beats any motel 6. It’s not the nicest place but for a 15 minute train ride to downtown Chicago, it beat all other accommodations I could find by over $100, I will definitely stay here every single time I’m in Chicago which is quite a few per year

This is my third or fourth stay. Yes it is dated. It is clean! I've never seen signs of bugs. Location is awesome along with the quite reasonable rates. Everything is within reach. Enjoy dim sum at a local restaurant!

Ok for short stays without big pretentions
It was Okay. Check-in is at 3 p.m., not even one minute before that, so take that into consideration if you are planning to arrive 30 minutes early or something like that. You need to ask for room services if needed. The location is very good. The Red Line is very close to the hotel, and Chinatown has a nice ambiance.
