"We arrived at night and were not able to see the creek until we woke up the next morning. It's so close to the house and you can hear it with the kitchen window open. When we arrived, cookies and snacks were waiting for us and treats for the dog! The heat was on when we got there, which is a really nice touch as well. We are hot natured anyway, but it was so much nicer to come into a warm place than to walk into a cold place. We weren't really going to use the kitchen, so I didn't really care...

"We really were so happy with our choice to stay here. This cottage is adorable, clean, and cozy. It had all the kitchen items we needed/wanted. The bed was comfortable for us (and we are picky!) It's such an easy walk to downtown, even in the snow! We enjoyed the hot tub as the snow fell and the wind howled on Friday afternoon (the tub temp was perfect!) Yes, there is a house right next door, but with the tall privacy fence, it was not a big deal to us at all...even when we were in the hot...

"What an amazing cabin! We completely enjoyed our stay at Malbec 1 and would not hesitate to come back! Immaculately clean, comfortable and was as described. Our only disappointment was having to leave to come home to Florida. The owner, Sandy, kept in contact throughout our stay and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this awesome cabinet n! Took home a few gallons and should have stocked more. My dog loved the property as well.
