"Pros: ☆Beautiful unit overall ☆Extremely responsive owner ☆Very accurate advertising ☆Easy check in process Opportunity Areas: ☆Water conservation requirements should be included in advertisement or disclosed while in refund period ☆Couch in main living room needs to replaced or swapped out with the one in the basement. It has no support. ☆Cleaners could have done a better job with the details. Examples: Refill soap dispensers with soap not water, provide at least one or two full replacement...

"Great place for a family vacation!! Had some water problems, but I called the manager (Stacy) he had it resolved within a few hours! Love the area near West Jefferson. The road going up to the property was a little rough, but it was understandable after the hurricane….. Will be coming back next year !!"

"Wonderful place to stay. We enjoyed everything about it. The only thing is that if it rains follow the directions provided in welcome letter. The driveway is steep. Other than that the place is very comfortable and the owners of the property were very easy to reach and respond very quickly with any questions. "

"The property was so cute and everything was so clean! The grounds and the views were breathtaking. We did do the hike up to the top of the hill to enjoy the lookout. It was a little steeper and longer than we anticipated but we'll worth it. What a great little slice of heaven. Hotub was perfect temperature and being able to hangout in the silence of the night was amazing. Would definitely do this again! "

"The cabins at healing springs are as the name goes, healing. 😇 cozy, quaint, Appalachian charm. The actual spring water is iron and mineral-rich. Took home a few gallons and should have stocked more. My dog loved the property as well. Don’t forget to utilize their fire pits to roast marshmallows and gaze upon the Appalachian night stars and constellations."

"Great property. My son complimented on how "smiley" the young man was that checked us in. We loved the hospitality and the rooms were clean, comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was okay. The eggs are powdered so skip those but the ladies providing breakfast were sweet and accommodating. Great place. We will make it a point to stop here next time we are making a trip through the area. Loved Elkin! "
