"Upon arrival we were met by the friendly receptionist who took us to our room and explained everything we needed to know for our stay. The room was modern , comfortable and spotlessly clean . The hotel is ideally placed in the middle of Ripon and free parking was a bonus. We ate in the restaurant and the food and service was excellent . The breakfast in the morning as superb . I would highly recommend this hotel and definitely visit again for a day at Ripon races "

Tap in the ensuite was cold and despite running for a while, did not produce hot water. The building was subject to some noise pollution and you could clearly hear other guests in other rooms.
