"As usual excellent stay "

"I loved this hotel. Its quirky, but in a lovely way. And i was lucky to be upgraded, so i had a suite with a separate shower room and a roll top bath. The selection of wines/drinks/snacks in the room were of good quality, and whilst i did not consume, due to work commitments, i would in the future. The restaurant attached served lovely, locally sourced food at a reasonable price. And the location of the hotel meant you were walking distance into town, and 20 minutes walk from the train...

"We have been to The Cotswolds many times, but this is the first time staying at the Prince of Burford. We were made very welcome from the beginning and was even offered a complimentary drink on arrival, which you don’t get in all hotels. Room was lovely, spacious, clean and comfortable. Food was outstanding and the staff very attentive, friendly; all members of staff went above and beyond even though they were short staffed and busy. "We have stopped here a few times over the years as great for rugby weekend. new management taken over breakfast changed a lot used to get all u can eat for reasonable price now but expensive so we go out which is a shame. Apeart from that lovely stop in the oak suite."
