"Overall clean, comfortable bed. Linen was clean.refrigerator, microwave, tv all worked.Shuttle to airport, was happy for that. Breakfast was served at 6am same time as my departure. Didn’t look like a lot of options. Love the proximity to airport will definitely stay again when I visit Houston again. "

"We had a quick overnight stay at the hotel. We arrived at IAH at 9:30pm and only stayed until 7:00am the next morning. The shuttle bus very helpful, we just called the hotel asking for a pickup and it showed up 10 minutes later. After check-in, which only took about 5 minutes, we arranged for for the shuttle back to the airport the next morning, again super easy and they offered shuttles every half an hour. "upon arrival...and I knew I was arriving early, but your plane lands when your plane lands. Uber arrives at hotel...I met the young lady at the front desk and said I was there to check in. Was told my room was not available yet...not a problem, again I knew I was early and I knew the check in/ check out schedule. BUT then was told a room could be made available right away for $20 - that struck me the wrong way. I politely denied the offer. Asked where I could go to get a cup of coffee and was...
