What sells the hotel is that it has really helpful , friendly staff. Very close to town with heaps of shops and restaurants. Also free car park. It has a lovely on-site bar. Only downside no air conditioning and although we had a fan , it was a very hot week for U.K. "

But the staff especially the lady who I have spoken to on Saturday night ( 26/04/25) she was very helpful and considerate. Will definitely come back to this gorgeous hotel. Will probably my choice of hotel in Basingstoke . The gym and pool and sauna are very clean , smell clean and tidy. Deserving of a 5 star rate…."
