"This is a beautiful B&B in a quiet residential area. The large garden is a perfect place to relax and defuse after a busy day. There is also a big public park a short distance away that has football nets, basketball, tennis, etc. The Holly Tree is walking distance from the bus station where there is a bus going downtown every 5 minutes. "We had an amazing stay here, upon arrival we noted that there was plenty of available parking spaces and we received a lovely welcome from the staff. Over the weekend, we often enjoyed a few drinks in the pub as well as a lovely dinner there. We were made to feel very comfortable, welcomed and relaxed at all times. The food was very good (especially the freshly cooked breakfast made to order). Many thanks for a perfect stay!"

"The room was excellent. It was clean and comfortable with all you would need for your needs and comfort. The toilet and shower facility was first class. All appliances were working properly and the shower and toilet were spotless. The breakfast provided was excellent. It was well cooked and plentiful with all tastes catered for. All in all, a highly recommended place to stay in Cambridge."

"This is a lovely Aparthotel in a great location in Cambridge. Only downside is the noise from the road. I advise guests to bring earplugs or even better, supplied by the hotel. Some noise also from banging doors in the corridor. A coffeemaker is provided in the room, but only with 2 capsules and no fresh milk available."

"Stayed here many times and love it. Tried other places but this is by far the most convenient for visiting family in Bluntisham and friends in St Ives. Plenty of parking and rooms are well equipped and clean. "

Excellent - relaxed vibe

"This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. The staff were very professional and very friendly - there is a lovely relaxed vibe about the place. Our room was ready when we arrived and an early complimentary check is was offered - we really appreciate this and it was lovely start to our stay. The hotel was easy to find - well organised parking arrangements, we pre booked a space. We had a deluxe room with courtyard view. This is one of the most spacious hotel rooms we have ever stayed in. The room was well organised and designed. - mini fridge, tea and coffee, ironing board, fluffy towels, and toiletries. The pizzas available to order from the rooftop Terrace are an absolute must. One of the nicest pizzas I have ever had! The options for food and drink at this hotel suit every budget. There’s the option of dining in the restaurant for breakfast or grabbing a lighter bite at the café. The rooftop terrace is also a lovely place to enjoy your drink.Our visit was in February so although it was a little chilly, it was still a pleasant visit. There are blankets and electric heaters. We had a lovely nights sleep, the super king bed was perfectly comfortable! The hotel was very quiet. We were not disturbed by slamming hotel doors or noise from outside. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning. "
