"There was no towel ready when we came and it took them 30 minutes+ to get even though we ask two times and they said 2 minutes. We ordered tea to the room which was also very slow. Seems like they forgot we came. Otherwise, nice place with a beautiful view. Last thing, google maps didnt show right direction. When we called them they knew that it show a wrong route, so we (our driver) had a 45 minutes detour. "

"+++ Absolutely magnificent place with a wonderful history. The wooden features are beautiful and the bedrooms are outstanding. Wonderful snooker table and fireplaces.
