"This place was so cozy and cute, we loved the location. It was perfect for 2 people. The couch definitely needs replacing due to stains and just looking nasty. Whoever cleans needs to do a better job. We walked in to check out the place before bringing our luggage up and the floor was covered in sandā€¦ I get it youā€™re at the beach so some sand is perfectly ok but the amount I swept up was honestly disgusting. Also, the countertops had not been wiped off. You pay a cleaning fee, so I feel you...

"The unit was just as described. Located on the upper floor, it faced the Sound. It was a short walk down the block to the ocean. Even in mid-October there were a number of stores abnd restaurants open. Plenty of places to walk and explore. Definitely plan to return. The unit was nicely furnished and appointed. Bed was very comfortable. "

"This was our first time staying in Avon. This was a cozy room in a great location. The Avon Pier was right across the street. Coffee in the cafe was delicious and convenient. Dawn was accommodating and had great recommendations for area restaurants. We also enjoyed a clay class and made our own coffee mugs. What a great experience. "

"This property was perfect for our family (two adults and 2 kids). We had the best vacation. The rooftop deck was the ideal place to enjoy morning coffee and wind down at the end of the day. The rooftop deck overlooks the bay. The location of the house is quiet, but convenient to the island. We will be going back."
