"The unit was just as described. Located on the upper floor, it faced the Sound. It was a short walk down the block to the ocean. Even in mid-October there were a number of stores abnd restaurants open. Plenty of places to walk and explore. Definitely plan to return. The unit was nicely furnished and appointed. "This was our first time staying in Avon. This was a cozy room in a great location. The Avon Pier was right across the street. Coffee in the cafe was delicious and convenient. The only thing we found was there are only 2 washers and dryers for the entire campground. 1 washer was broken and there was no change machine to get quarters and the office was closed.
