"The unit was just as described. Located on the upper floor, it faced the Sound. It was a short walk down the block to the ocean. Even in mid-October there were a number of stores abnd restaurants open. Plenty of places to walk and explore. Definitely plan to return. The unit was nicely furnished and appointed. Bed was very comfortable. "

"This was our first time staying in Avon. This was a cozy room in a great location. The Avon Pier was right across the street. Coffee in the cafe was delicious and convenient. Dawn was accommodating and had great recommendations for area restaurants. We also enjoyed a clay class and made our own coffee mugs. What a great experience. "

"Awesome location and nice unit! Will definitely return. Perfect location away from the crowds but yet close drive to everything. Matt is responsive to your needs. Unit had everything we needed and specially loved the beautiful oceanfront deck! Didn’t see any laundry facility’s in unit but may have been communal. I would highly recommend a stay here just be careful with yourselves and the little ones as these beaches and rough seas (rip currents) are nothing like the Florida or groomed coastal...
