"The room was clean and the property was in a great location across from Reading Market. The staff was ok but not overly welcoming. "

"This is a vintage building that has been updated. The Rittenhouse Square neighborhood is wonderful, and the hotel staff was terrific. The room was comfortable and quiet. We did have some problems. The room toilet did not flush reliably and the hotel had no wash cloths. The room and halls were updated, but the desk-console was worn and nicked. Hope further improvements are made."

"Excellent, personable helpful staff. I'm currently walking with a cane and I had six staff members, from car valets to managers, offer to carry my overnight bag. They were all incredibly nice."
