"The owner for this property is just amazing. She is really kind and helped us get dinner on our first night stay. The delivered breakfast to our room early as we had to leave early for our ferry. When we turned up, the owner had no idea about our booking as they apparently "do not use Wotif" (we obviously booked through Wotif) and we're not due to open for the season until the next day.
