"The room was spotless and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful whenever I had any queries. I had a lovely meal in the restaurant which was reasonably priced. I have rebooked for when I need to return to Birmingham later on in the year."

"Arrived slightly early, but could check in and staff we lovely. Said to put 2 nights on the car park and would only pay for 1, so we could enjoy stratford a little more in the morning. Breakfast was amazing, staff lovely. Mick greeted usas was so attentive. Pool ,steam room and jacuzzi all used twice. Staff we great in the leisure complex."
