"I went for a short break from my family and it was perfect. The staff were friendly, helpful and hospitable. My room was beautiful with stunning views and all the amenities within were of the highest standard. I ate in the restaurant which was very good with friendly staff and ample delicious portions and excellent wine. I also ate at the bar which again served excellent food. "

"Our stay was amazing from start to finish. The attention to detail was exceptional. Even to the point of providing gluten free biscuits in our room! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was incredible. We honestly think this was the best hotel we have ever stayed in in the UK."

Great Hotel, great service. .

"We were upgraded to the new glass section which was lovely. When we got to the room there was a leak in the bathroom. We went for a meal and by the time we got back the issues had been addressed. The staff were amazing, as the water had to be turned off to let the work dry we were reissued another room and the staff moved our luggage etc for us. An issue promptly and efficiently dealt with. Thank you "
