It is a private cottage behind their main house but it is like you have your own place which we really needed for the weekend! She even went above and beyond and provided a bottle of wine along with a variety of keurig coffee flavors which were really good. She also provided some snacks too! "very nice property. getting the fire started was hard as the wood was all damp, but we managed! :) place is great. kitchen is well stocked with things you need to cook. could use a few extra blankets for in the living room. The Tv in the living room is VERY VERY blue. I tried messing with the settings to even it out, but it was no help. That is something that needs to be looked at. Bring fire starters and lighter or matches. "
