"Older home in a quiet neighborhood very close to PNC Music Pavilion and only 3 miles away from the speedway. The property was clean and neat and had a decent yard. Negatives would be uncomfortable and limited seating in the living room, uncomfortable beds, and inadequate coffee for the size of the pot. I recommend bringing your own coffee and tall round filters. Although the ad doesn't specify the garage isn't available, it isn't. "
