"We celebrated my bachelorette party with 11 of us and had an absolute BLAST! The location was so close to everything we wanted to do (shopping, dining out, and visiting wineries). The host was super responsive and helpful anytime we had questions. I would 100% recommend this VRBO to anyone wanting to enjoy Fredricksburg, but also a beautiful piece of property. The donkey was the cherry on top as he visited with us when we were coming and going from the property."

"We enjoyed the first day of our stay! Unfortunately we ran out of water rhe second day, so we couldn't use the restrooms or take a shower. We cooked and brushed our teeth with bottle water. Had to leave pee in the toiltes and dirty dishes in the sink per owner instructions. Owner was kind to explain that something happened with the dwell and there was no water available for us. It was unfortunate that we paid $400 for an overnight stay and couldn't even shower."

"My husband, our friends, and I had such a wonderful time here! We each had our own space since they stayed in the cottage which wasn't attached to the house and it was only five minutes to downtown. And all on 5 acres with total privacy. "Perfect location for our son's wedding in CenterPoint, TX. Plenty of room for family, friends, and grooms' men to gather prior to the rehearsal dinner and the wedding. You must eat at Toucan Jim's. "Our family and in-laws stayed here for a few days over spring break. The home is lovely, clean with nice amenities. The kids loved the game room and was nice to have the separate casita for the in-laws so they could sleep in if they wanted. The property managers were easy to get a hold of and went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice stay. Location is great, feels private but easy to get into central Fredericksburg. Check in and out process were easy."

"The property is very nice. There was plenty of room for our group and it was very secluded in beautiful countryside. But there a few things that need to be addressed. The third gate to the property did not work and had to be left open the entire time we were there. Some horses came into the property and the kids could not be outside because they were aggressive..The kitchen sink sprayed the user with water when in use.The keurig coffee maker did not work , we had to bring the coffee maker out...

"The views from our cabin were wonderful and perfect for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The cabin was clean and comfortably furnished, better than the pictures. It is a bit of a drive to Fredericksburg and local attractions, but to us it was worth it. The proprietor is a lovely person. We would definitely stay again! "
