"The Lanesboro House was exceptionally clean and comfortable for our family. The kitchen had all of the brand new utensils we needed to cook and grill. We enjoyed the patio and also the large dining room table for board games. The house was steps from the Root River Trail where we recorded numerous species for the worldwide bird count. Many birds were also seen in the yard due to the stocked bird feeders. The owners even had additional supplies for restocking. Just down the street, we attended a superb performance at the Commonweal Theatre. What a wonderful weekend in Lanesboro. "

"The stay was great. Nice property. Nice staff. We enjoyed the common space downstairs. We were there for an event with other families, so it was perfect for the teenagers, as well as the adults to have space to socialize. The pool room is small and very loud. Our kids were the only ones in there at one time and your voices just echoed off the walls."

"This is a very nicely maintained hotel. Not everything was brand new, but everything was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and clean. The refrigerator, microwave and morning breakfast were appreciated. The hotel is conveniently located and had ample parking. It was a very comfortable stay and I would consider it a good value for the price. I would be happy to stay here again."

"Nice, clean has everything you need for your stay. Kitchenette is nice if you dont want to go out, grills to use and a nice fire pit to enjoy the evening. Owner is a great guy even gave us some insider fishing information! Definitely will be back, hopefully with our whole family."
