It was quiet, clean, spacious, and the hosts thought of every little detail from complimentary snacks, to extra travel sized toiletries in case I forgot something. The cozy apartment was perfect for relaxing between research days, and right next to a restored prairie on the river with good walking trails. "The place was great! Looks like a fresh remodel! Beds were great! The only complaint is the heavy use of plug in air fresheners. Just a very strong air freshener. We unplugged it for the duration of our stay, plugging it back in before we checked out. We wohld definitely recommend!"

"The apartment was perfect for my stay in Decorah. It was -10 degrees and I was so cozy and warm with the radiator heat. The space is cute, convenient walking to restaurants, shops, and food coop and grocery store. The owner I met is super friendly and you can tell she has a flair for mid-century interior decorating and design. Highly recommended!"
