"This is a charming place to stay. Note that the building is old - built from redwoods and insulated with redwood sawdust - so you can hear everything. I slept with earplugs and over-ear headphones playing soft music and had an excellent night sleep - best of my trip. Somehow they have managed to have beds that are very soft, but it also didn’t mess up my back. It does take a moment to adjust to this property, the rooms are cozy (small), as is the bathroom and shower. I was traveling alone. If I were with another person I would book a bigger room. The staff is delightful, as is the lobby. Lots of books and games and places to sit and look at the river. Loved the music that was playing in the lobby in the evening. Not many dining options nearby, I drove into Cresent City for dinner and had a delightful meal at SeaQuake Brewery. "

"This was a great place with plenty of room and all the amenities we needed. We loved hanging out on the wrap around porch or in the family room with the fire place watching movies or playing games in the evening. It’s a great location for taking day trips to the Redwoods or many beaches. "

"We had to scramble to find a place that allowed dogs at the last minute and this cute little bungalow was perfect! From the fresh cookies to the basket of doggie amenities, we felt right at home. Back deck and yard were wonderful. Would definitely stay there again. "

Fully stocked house with many amenities (bbq, fire pit, etc.) Just up the road from many great Hiking and fishing locations as well.
