This is a charming place to stay. Note that the building is old - built from redwoods and insulated with redwood sawdust - so you can hear everything. I slept with earplugs and over-ear headphones playing soft music and had an excellent night sleep - best of my trip. Somehow they have managed to have beds that are very soft, but it also didn’t mess up my back. It does take a moment to adjust to this property, the rooms are cozy (small), as is the bathroom and shower. I was traveling alone. If I were with another person I would book a bigger room. The staff is delightful, as is the lobby. Lots of books and games and places to sit and look at the river. Loved the music that was playing in the lobby in the evening. Not many dining options nearby, I drove into Cresent City for dinner and had a delightful meal at SeaQuake Brewery.
We found this historic inn online with no knowledge of the area we would be traveling in. Great cozy option with comfortable beds and breakfast. The inn keeper and staff were delightful, super friendly and helpful.
Loved this place! It was in a beautiful location, our room was clean and comfortable, and Cass, the manager, was so kind and friendly! My husband and I plan to stay here again in the future!
Wonderful customer service. Our 3 night stay was excellent. Loved the decor and atmosphere. The owners were so nice and helpful. The only thing I did not like was the spiders in around the windows. Maybe offer bug spray. If we ever visit Klamath again, we would stay here definitely

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Hotel and history are great. Room was VERY small, couldn’t move, bed was uncomfortable and shower was horrible.
Property takes one back to a bygone period of travel focused on well being and relaxation. The staff went out of the way in service area.

So cozy and comfortable. There is a vibe where you immediately feel like you are “at home”. And the service is outstanding.
I love this place and wish I could clone them and have inns like this nationwide.
It it an older buidling, which means it’s not perfect by today’s standards.
But it has a TON of personality. The rooms are done beautifully and are very charming. And the front porch has a beautiful view of the river and I could even see Sea lions swimming in the water! I would stay here all the time if I lived nearby!
The Requa Inn offers a great breakfast with views of the Klamath river. We watched seals and a black bear from their dining room while we enjoyed a pancake breakfast. It is located in a very remote area so you can plan on traveling 20 minutes to get to Crescent city for dinner but it is worth it for the property.
