"Our hosts Danny & Mabel were highly attentive and their property is a wonderfully secluded villa amongst the vibrant landscape of Aotearoa New Zealand. Mabel’s morning breakfast is a delight with various fruits and jams all coming from the garden. The proximity to central Rotorua is also within a 15 minute drive. This location is highly recommended. "Fabulous property in beautiful country setting with easy access to Rotorua and its attractions. Louise is a very welcoming host providing tea and biscuits on arrival and delicious home cooked breakfasts every morning. She also has a wealth of information regarding what to see in the area and on local traditions and NZ history. The facilities are top notch and I will recommend Doolan’s to my friends if they visit the area"

"We stayed here for the last 10 days and had a great time. We loved to interact with the chicken, sheep, donkey’s & miniature horses. The owner provided us with apples for the donkey’s & miniature horses and feed for the chicken and sheep. "Perfect location, walking distance to Eat St. lots of places for shopping, there is so much to do inRotorua. We arrived o. A sunday evening, due to a delayed flight. When arriving to hotel doors were locked and not a single person walking the street. Had to wait to get keys to our room . Once we got in room was nice and spacious."
