"This is an older property and needs a bit more maintenance. Nevertheless, it was very clean and the staff were polite, friendly and helpful. And the in-room geothermal spa pool was very beneficial. I would certainly stay here again!"

"On a winters day it was the warmth of the unit that impressed my most, sooo comfortable - and I could adjust the thermostat if wanted. Everything I needed was there, I slept well, car parked right outside, couldn't hear the neighbours and for the first time I experienced Netflix, so did a binge watch. Fridge even had a freezer. "We were three couples staying for several days. The house was situated near the lake with beautiful views. The architecture is beautiful and spacious and kept us comfortable and warm with a gas log fire heater. All amenities were high quality and available. "Great variety of breakfast options and service was wonderful. I was looking for a place with all the amenties, but should have check closing times. We did not get a chance to try the bar as I hoped as it closed as we were always returning from our daily activities. 930pm seems kind of early for the bar. Only got to use the pool once for the same reason. The game room had some fun options but equipment is broken and needs updating. Had to split our 1 of 3 evenings between game room, pool or bar since they closed around the same time. Otherwise, the stay was great."

"My son got sick and the staff were very accommodating and helpful with warming up food at off service hours, and we had our flight cancelled and rebooked for late afternoon, we got a late check out option given the option to leave at the time we needed. I will rate it as an outstanding service!!"
