"This is what you expect from the Hilton name and a place to stay. The only thing that caught me off guard was no on-site parking. Parking is across the street in a ramp. Several times while in the ramp I witnessed security on patrol. That made me feel at ease with the parking situation. I enjoyed the stay and would return in the future."

"The only "cons": no ice machines were working on site and all the pool guests were complaining that nobody's key worked for the door (ours didn't work either). The staff (and other guests), however, were so nice . There wasn't a single staff member that we encountered that was anything short of pleasant."
