"The reception staff we're very friendly, and helpful. When i checked in Bahnu sorry the spelling told me about the places I was looking for and what to do. After the 2nd night Stephanie and I sat for a bit and discussed things I was looking for the next day. Stephanie was very kind and helpful! Now lets talk about Dimitri who helped me figure out about the heater and big step for the tub... When I arrived in the evening, Dimitri help me figure out how to get food for my dinner. Great customer service, nice and I appreciated his help. While I ate my dinner I watched him interact with other folks staying there and he was so professional and wonderful with everyone who walked through the door checking them in and answering questions. During my check out Dimitri helped mecwith my bag because i had my hands full.Thank You! It was a pleasure staying at this hotel. Denise Salisbury"

"This is a basic, but comfortable hotel, in a very nice area of London. Very convenient for travel in to the city. Our room and furniture was a little dated, but clean. A special thank you to the staff (Rohan and Ann) who gave us such a warm welcome and couldn't do enough for us. Rohan even changed our room to ground floor when he could see we might struggle with the stairs. Breakfast is simple (cereal and toast) but sufficient. Would definitely stay here again."
