"I booked 2 rooms for my family of 3 and they held $300 which then was unavailable for our 4 day stay. I think for the amenities available it was a ridiculous amount and put a strain on our Christmas visit. I think it should have been more in line with other hotels. More like $75-$100. Just know that besides the high amount they charge you will be putting out another $150 per room per night until after the stay. "

"We have stayed here for other occasions and been fine. Check in was fine, there were extra pillows on the bed, clean bathroom with plenty of towels and wash clothes. Beds were comfortable, the room was small which was fine with us as we used it only for sleeping/showering. What we never experienced before was the noise both day and night. We were placed on the 12th floor which must be near house keeping or maintenance (is our guess), but we heard voices, movement, water going on/off all hours while we were in our room. Two ice machines on the 12th floor which were located in what appeared to be mop closets or laundry rooms and neither of the ice machines were operational. The location is spectacular, easy pick up/drop off fo Uber, walking distance to multiple pubs and restaurants, great value, just stay off the 12th floor."
