"Small Hotel near to the racetrack. Nice room comfortable bed. Short walk to the centre of town. The host is very helpful and when I left took me in his tuk tuk to the bus station and made sure I got on the right bus. A pleasant place to stay."

"We stayed here 2 nights. 1.5 stars is more realistic. At $70usd per night it is overpriced like most properties in Nuwara. We had problems with no tv channels (second night same problem but then a new sky box was put in and we had tv, why wasn't this done the first night?),leaking roof in bath area, room safe didn't work, curtain had a foul smell coming from it and the whole place felt grungy. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Do yourself a favour and pay extra to stay in one of the nicer...

"The staff put us in 2 different rooms for 2 nights, the first one needs lots of repair, eg. Telephone not working, smelly bathroom. Electricity and water stopped many times. The breakfast buffet is so so, the local coffee tastes blank."
