"Very well located for the Airport and excellent value for money. "

"We booked this hotel as we love the hot spring and ramen provided. However, the hotel is a bit old and the room seems not very clean. We got 2 adults and a 12-year old girl. We booked the club level room which is a bit bigger. I ended up sleeping with my daughter in one bed, which is bit cramp and the hotel cannot add one more bed. Hot spring is ok but not very big. Sometimes run out of locker and we need to wait. Maybe the crowd is due to the new year holiday peak."

"Great location. Walking distance to Bayside shoppibg, restaurants, supermarket and nore. Walking distance to Chuo Wharf (Chuo Foto) cruise ship terminal and ferry port. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating "

"The property is attached to a mall which caters for tax free shopping which is great. Also those who are card collectors there was a shop a few hundred meters on the river from the hotel. There is a water show each day the doesn’t finish until 10pm so it not a place to stay if you want quiet."

"Very easy access to train and bus stations lot of food and shopping around the corner. Nothing that i don't like. Don't worry if you take the last train back to your hotel us only less then 5 mim walk to your hotel and is very safe to walk."

"Extremely convenient location to public transport and is walkable to many and diverse types of dining options. Room is not big but comfortable, with a small bathtub. Eco-friendly with various cleaning options available for the room. Good amenities. Only issue was the pillow choices - could not find one that was comfortable, so overall sleep quality was not fantastic. My husband didn't have an issue though, so probably a subjective experience in this regard. "
