"Some things to consider: Bed cubicles are cozy and private. Building is quiet. Only one bathroom (one shower, one toilet, two sinks) for men. Double that for women, as they are allowed to use the "men" bathroom also. Staff did not speak much English. About 15 minutes walk to Hakata, the closest subway/train station. Payment at the hostel is cash only. Check in required before 8 pm without previous arrangement for late arrival."

"The beds are comfortable. I was in the 8 person dorm room. Each bed had a full privacy curtain, an outlet, light, a small safe, two hooks and two hangers. One down note is there really wasnt anywhere to hang your towel. There was plenty of space under the bed for backpacks and suitcases. The staff is very nice! The common area is good for meeting new travelers and there is always coffee (instant) available."

"I wouldn't recommend this hostel, even though it's very new and in very clean conditions. I visited Fukuoaka during the corona virus outbreak, and as a person with Asian/Chinese descent I feel like the check-in staff were extremely unfriendly to me. "Don't expect much. The common area looks like a storage shelter. No front desk and no host. The front gate locks by latch so you can easily get locked inside.
