"We loved this cottage so much we are second time guests!"

"The house was great for our party of 2 families. We had plenty of space and the house is very well equipped. A lovely clean house and great communication with the host. We enjoyed exploring the local area and the house was located well for this. The driveway down had lots of bumps and pot holes which you need to be careful of especially in the dark but other than this wouldn’t change a thing."

"Tim came to the rescue! We had been planning my daughters Hen celebrations since last October. Everything going to plan until ......... The accommodation we had originally booked had to be cancelled on the day we were due to depart due to no water in the area! Panic! Until we found Tim's property. He was so calm and responded really quickly to my messages. Organised the booking in 4 hours and sent all information over so quickly. The property is stunning pictures don't do it justice . "The property really couldn’t have been any better for our weekend celebrating my sister’s hen party. The location was perfect - central, seconds from the sea and near to all of our planned activities. The communal areas were fantastic, especially the large dining area. Bedrooms were comfortable and clean. Excellent communication with the host too, thank you!"

"The property and setting are up there with the best we’ve ever stayed in. There’s loads to do locally and the host will help with this, or you can just relax in the house and grounds. A wonderful experiwnce!!!"

"We are a group of 5 ladies who have been friends for 35 years and love our weekends away . Rye is a fabulous place and the house in a perfect location in Rye. The house has been decorated and designed so well with plenty of space for 5.Maybe a little snug in the sitting room but we managed to get cosy.
