"Checked in with my kid at 6 PM, well after the official 2 PM check-in time, only to be told our room wasn't ready. Had to wait until 7:30 PM, which was exhausting after our flight. When we finally got our room, only one of the two beds was cleaned. We were told that we had booked a single room. The whole experience felt unprofessional and lacked consideration for guests. My kid and I were deeply disappointed. Expecting comfort after a tiring journey, we were instead met with delays and excuses....

Need to get a car/ grab to explore other things like marble Mountain etc. Hotel studio was spacious, good facilities in the room (microwave, cooker, crockery) which enabled us to buy breakfast foods and have them in the room. Bed was hard (seems to be a thing in Vietnam). Pillows very unsuppotive. "
