"very close to train station, large room, comfortable beds, large bathroom with heated floors. Fridge but no safe. Very very helpful staff. We were able to leave our luggage there overnight when we went elsewhere. "

Rooms had their linen changed but the living room and kitchen was pretty dirty still.. bathroom and toilet were good.. if you have a lot of luggage, suggest ask for a ground floor apartment as the lift was not working and the stairs were tight and steep.. "Pleasant hotel, in a street of independent shops. Nice room overlooking the street. Quieter than I was expecting but then we stayed on a wednesday. Easy walking distance to the city centre. The only thing to note is there is no reception. You are directed to the restaurant downstairs for any support. The staff in the restaurant downstairs were very helpful at check in, but later in the evening the restaurant did look to get busy."
