A fabulous location in a well maintained resort with stunning views from our 14th floor balcony of two private beaches. Buffet breakfast was great and the staff was wonderful. Cat Ba city beach front was completely under construction with the Party engaging in a massive building project filling land for a new project right in front of the present beach. It's really a mess there now and I wonder how property...

"Hotel is very new with nice big indoor and outdoor pools. I got a panoramic, unobstructed view of the ocean from my room. The room is spacious and modern. The hotel staff was also very friendly. One minor thing is that the hot water didn’t work well. The water was hot for the first 2 minutes then it’s more like room temperature. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. "
