"I’ve used the Waterloo Hotel a few times over the years. I’ve never had a bad experience or found anything to complain about. It’s warm, comfortable and the staff are friendly. It’s also perfectly located to explore Eryri/Snowdonia. "

"We spent 2 nights at the talardy in the run up to Christmas. I know the location well and is convenient access to the north wales trunk road. Our room was a decent size set up for a family of 2 adults and separate single beds for our children. It was clean with all the usual amenities. It wasn't in the room but ironing board and iron are also available on request. The bathroom was good with decent shower/bath and always hot water. Minor snags were our key cards were resetting in the morning which meant I had to pop to reception twice to have it reprogrammed. Our friends joined us for breakfast on the second day. They weren't too impressed with it but I thought breakfast was good on the whole. I ordered a cooked breakfast and you can help yourself to continental in addition with no further cost. The stay was a good one, I would recommended and would stay again. "
