"Much nicer than the photos! Beautifully clean and cozy! Very well equipped, everything and more than you would need, washer with dryer, dishwasher, stove, microwave. Comfy beds, beautiful linens, plenty of thick towels, nice tiled bathroom. One of the nicest cottages we’ve ever rented. They even put up a little Xmas tree for us! "

"This property is the worst place I have ever stayed in, I stay in a lot off air brb as I work away from home a lot. Nothing comes close to this place, absolute dump, mold all over the upstairs, rubbish still on the floor looks like the cleaner gave up years ago. We arrived at the property after waiting 3 hours to be told someone was in there who shouldn’t have been. Key code was wrong took an hour to get that. No towels no toilet roll absolute disgusting also had a smell to the house. I would...

"Property was not well looked after. Blinds were missing from Windows, surfaces had not been cleaned, the kitchen was missing many essential items such as forks, broken glass outside the back door, last guests dirty laundry left in the dinning room, the list goes on. Really put a downer on the first day of the holiday. I don't expect to have to provide essentials like forks and kitchen knives and clean on arrival. Manager of property was initially understanding but is now ignoring my emails."

"We enjoyed our stay here in a very confirtable cottage tucked away in the countryside. The beds were particularly comfortable. The hosts communicated well and we really enjoyed tge free range eggs they left us from their chickens. Plenty of birds and very dark so great for stars if it is clear."

"Lovely cottage perfect for two people. The cleanliness was perfect and we had everything we needed. Hosts were accommodating, welcoming and friendly. Location of property is great to explore Forest of Dean, there is plenty to do nearby. Definitely recommend! "

"The property is beautifully decorated and very cosy with the log burner on. It was a much larger space than we expected and the bathroom was fabulous.The views from the hot tub were amazing.We had a great stay and recommend this for anyone wanting a remote property "

"Had a great time at this awesome barn conversion. Liz and John were amazing hosts. Went to Cardiff on the 1st day, Western super mare and Clevedon the 2nd and highly reccommend these to. The suspension bridge is a must to visit, as is the shopping centre in Bristol. Liz and John have created an amazing place to stay with their home from home barn conversion. We highly recommend it as VRBO hosts ouselves 10/10 Hope to see you guys again sometime. Ian Caz and mum Dianne."

"It is not a bad place. The place need to be cleaned properly when someone leaves. A potato and a bottle of milk was left in the fridge. I threw the potato away as it was smelling but did not tough the milk. I think a shower curtain may help to prevent the bathroom tiles getting wet. Thankshe milk. "

"Absolutely stunning location. Don't have to drive any where to walk the dogs, so many walks just on the doorstep. Kitchen is very well equipped. Bathroom has the best shower ever experienced. The back garden is very dog friendly, even our jack Russell puppy couldn't escape. Though our dog's presence kept setting off the owner's dog's ( they live adjacent to the property) so was a bit worried we were disturbing them when their dog's heard us walking around, which would get their dog's barking....
