"This is a nice comfortable hotel. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. All good except for the food service. The restaurant closed at 9:00 pm and I arrived at 9:15. Similarly room service ceased at 9pm so couldn’t get anything to eat. Very disappointing."

"Service from the staff was exemplary. There were only two downsides. the condition of the room was the first. We booked a suite - but the room had obvious signs of wear and tear which was disappointing. The second was the executive lounge. The selection of food was much more limited compared to previous times when we have visited."

"best part was staff. they answered my questions in English mostly pretty well before I arrived snd during check in. After I left they called me to let me know Id left my phone charger and held it for me until I returned. Room was clean and stylish... I didnt like the 15 bucks they charged for early checkin but whatever. Overall, I was happy with my stay."
