"The property is a really neat brick row house in the historic Federal Hill district in Baltimore. It's a great neighborhood to walk around and explore the history, many restaurants, and shops. Also only a 10 minute walk to the harbor or 20 minutes to the sports stadiums. Great location! The house also has a beautiful roof top patio that overlooks the city. "Difficult getting in touch with and not timely responses with host. The house was clean….but the bedspreads and throw pillows need washing. They smell and are very dirty. There were no wash clothes to shower with. The house was not dirty itself. Bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen were clean. The location was great for our needs and very close to Ripken. "The property is as seen on the website. The place was neat and tidy. Everything we needed was available. We were basically there to crash at night and shower in the morning. Pete and Maura have done a nice job with making the place comfortable. There was easy communication. The washer was broken, but they offered an alternative if we needed it. "My daughter and I were checking out colleges in the tri-state area and stayed for 3 nights. Everything was great, lots of room and 2.5 bathrooms was so nice to have. We felt safe for the most part!
