"I had a wonderful stay in WPB at Andrew and Laura's place. It is IDEALLY located just steps away from the intercoastal and very short drives to any location in the Palm Beaches. Very quiet and safe and the apartment is nicely appointed with some extra recreation perks as well (bikes, tennis equipment, and more). "The Casa Grandview is a unique property that is nestled in the Grandview/Flamingo Park area of West Palm Beach. Our room had 2 living areas including a desk and large TV. "This is a clean and convenient “Shared” crew Accomodation for working professionals. Clean, Quiet and well set up. Very affordable and within walking distance to the Marina or Waterside. Went for my morning runs as usual and didn’t feel unsafe, although area is a bit rough. Host is on point with cleanliness and very responsive in his management of the venue. Will be back. "

"The room was as advertised unit actually smaller than I had imagined. The room was clean and had the appropriate amenities except that the closet was not usable as there was a table that was placed in the closet such that clothes could not be hung. I suggest rearranging the closet and remove the table so that the closet is usable."

"When we arrived we had troubles with keypad. Could not park in driveway. They required street parking. We stayed 5 nights and only provided with 1 bath towel each.. also found a cockroach on our last night. There was only 1 small extra blanket.. we were told to be out by exactly 10am and the cleaning lady was right behind us yet we were asked to take garbage cans out to the road for them. Ive stayed at many vacation rentals and this was the least accommodating of all.."

"This cottage is the perfect location in Delray. Cozy and clean. The cottage was well equipped. Mindi was very responsive to any questions or needs we had. This is a great option for a couple. We stayed here with our dog for a week and we’re not disappointed."
